Many commercial and residential contractors depend on getting their materials fabricated off-site and delivered by a third party. This takes time, and creates room for error. At Boak & Sons, we fabricate many components right here in our warehouse or even at the project site. Our sheet metal department is notorious for their capability to fabricate our gutters and sheet metal siding materials in-house so we can make sure it’s done correctly. We even have our own maintenance shop for our trucks and equipment with full-time mechanics who always keep our trucks and equipment ready to go! By investing in these we control the costs of our materials and in-house service, helping to keep your prices lower.
