It’s no surprise that as the weather gets warmer, our business gets busier. Sam Boak and the employees at Boak & Sons have been working tirelessly to get everyone scheduled and ready to go as the spring season continues! To make sure our customers are prepared, we want to make sure you know what to expect as the exterior contracting season starts to get busier!
- We’ll be calling scheduled projects to check in.
If you have an exterior contracting project scheduled with Boak & Sons, don’t be surprised if you get a phone call from your project manager! We’re simply checking in to make sure everything is in order to start the job. Sometimes weeks go by between when you called to schedule and when your job actually starts, so we like to keep in touch so everyone’s on the same page and the project runs smoothly!
- Our project managers and supervisors will be out of the office more often.
During the slower seasons, our project managers were in the office much more than they are now. If you call the office to speak to one of them, they might not be available because they’re out at other job sites and giving estimates! Don’t worry – we can get ahold of them to let them know you called o ryou can talk to Sam Boak himself! However, if you do need to get ahold of them, try calling first thing in the morning. Our project managers are in the office to prepare their crews during our early hours, and that’s the best time to catch them before they head out.
- Our schedule is getting full!
Spring is the time of year when our phones ring off the hook. Don’t wait to schedule your estimate! We do our best to get all projects scheduled in a timely fashion, but the longer you wait, the further out our schedule will be. If you want to be put on the schedule, call our office to speak to one of our exterior contracting project managers.
