We recently shared a few of Sam Boak’s favorite summer activities that are right here in the Mahoning Valley. We realized that there’s so much Northeast Ohio and Youngstown has to offer, so we decided to share a few more places to visit, and this time they’re places Boak & Sons have actually done some roofing, architectural sheet metal and insulation work!
1. The Metro Parks, Cleveland Zoo
The zoo is always a fun trip for the whole family. With dozens of different animals to see, educational programs and even guided tours, this is a great way to get out of the house and learn about the animals! We even installed some insulation at an event center at the Cleveland Metro Park located in the Cleveland Zoo, which was a fun project for us right in our service region that spans all the way from Cleveland to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!
2. Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre
The Youngstown Amphitheatre was one of the most notable projects Boak & Sons did recently. The Youngstown Amphitheatre hosts some of the state’s largest and most popular concerts. This 4,800-person facility is located in Wean Park and is one of the towns most popular venues. Plus, Boak & Sons installed the composite panel, sheet metal and architectural metal that you see on the siding and roofing of the buildings and stage! 3. The Vineyards at Pine Lake
The Vineyards at Pine Lake is a beautiful winery venue located on Pine Lake in Columbiana, Ohio. Complete with a tasting room, restaurant, and dozens of special events, it’s a great place to unwind. Plus, many of the events are family friendly! Boak & Sons also installed standing seam metal roofing in a beautiful, custom burgundy color along with gutters, down spouts, drip edge, rake edge flashing and fascia board covers.
