Once we get all the old materials out, we will install new insulation material of your choice. Sometimes, we can install new insulation in addition to your existing insulation. It all depends on what shape your existing insulation is in, and each home is typically different. If the insulation has been damaged by animals or a leaky roof, if will have to be removed. - You want your interior walls insulated, but there’s already old residential insulation in the space.
Unfortunately, if the insulation in your interior walls needs replaced, it is likely that we won’t be able to remove that insulation material without also removing your drywall. In that case, this becomes a much bigger project that will vary from case to case. However, we have seen some cases where we’ve been able to install new insulation to the existing insulation.
