Requesting commercial repairs is a different process than requesting residential services. Sam Boak and our contractors want to share the easy process to make sure any commercial building managers or owners have all the information they need to make an easy repair request.
When making a commercial roofing repair request, Boak & Sons uses what’s called the Roof Asset Management (RAM) program. This is an in-house program that allows our customers to request and control service calls directly from their desktop or smart device. Let’s talk about the main features of RAM:
- Control and view your budget, reports and service calls.
Once you’re signed into RAM, you will be able to set your budgets for roof replacements. You can also view all of your past and present service calls and reports at any time!
- Divide buildings into roof sections.
This allows you to organize your spending and records, as well as track your spending on each section of the roof or each building. This feature is especially important to Sam Boak because he wants to make sure his customers know exactly what they’re spending their money on.
- Track your warranties and service records.
RAM makes it easy to view your roof warranties so you know exactly how long your warranty is good for and if it’s coming close to ending. You can also track your expenditures of service, maintenance and re-roofing. Say goodbye to digging through old paperwork – RAM does it for you!
