Standing seam metal roofing is the ideal roofing system for many architectural applications.  Blending both form and function, this type of roofing can be used in numerous projects, from mansard roofs  to screen walls and from the lowest to the highest pitch.  Using our Schlebach panel machine, panels can be custom rolled to customer specifications, creating a wide variety of design possibilities.  Standing seam metal roofing offers maximum durability.  Concealed clips on the double locked, mechanically seamed panel allow for natural expansion and contraction, standing up to the most difficult weather conditions.  The standing seam design is also extremely weather tight, allowing optimal drainage.  Metal roofing can be installed year round, and often directly over existing roofing, eliminating the need for tear-offs.  A 20-year finish warranty, and virtually maintenance free product, make standing seam metal roofing the ideal choice for your building project.

Our custom fabrication shop can produce products to your specifications with our RAS CNC brake that can produce any amount of a product completely uniform down to 1/64". Panels can also be run on site with our Schleboch panel machine, allowing for a continuous seamless panel. We can produce composite wall panels, metal wall panels, commercial soffit and gutters and metal roofing. We are happy to work with the customer to resolve any problems or concerns about a job until they are satisfied.  Core Foam - Masonry Foam Insulation

Core Foam Masonry Foam Insulation is a 2-part foam system that combines a unique spray-dried polymeric resin with a foaming catalyst to produce a "dry" foam that is unmatched in the industry.

Core Foam Masonry Foam Insulation is shipped to us where it is easily mixed prior to each job, ensuring product freshness and consistency.  When combined with compressed air using specialized foaming equipment, the foam insulation flows throughout the wall filling any irregular voids and hard-to-reach spaces resulting in a building that is well-insulated, quiet and energy efficient.

 

Having worked on literally thousands of structures, and working closely with building owners, condo associations, church councils and municipalities, we welcome any technology. We stay abreast of the latest product research and select the best materials to add longer life and cost savings to your project. Additionally, Boak offers customers preventative maintenance programs to extend the service life of their existing roofs. Being proactive with seasonal inspections and repairs takes care of problems before extensive damage can occur.

While roll formed gutters are attached with brackets, only to a building's fascia, custom made commercial gutters have a flange back which is fastened directly to the roof. This allows for a much stronger, more reliable attachment. Custom commercial gutters can also be fabricated with metal up to .063 aluminum while rolled gutters are generally made only up to .032. Commercial gutters offer a broad range of colors and styles to match any building project. Gutters can come with a 20-year finish warranty.
